Eastside Lutheran’s “First Loved Fund” is helping those in need this Christmas season. This past week, through contributions from the congregation, we were able to help someone find a home. Eastside paid the deposit on an apartment so an individual could have a roof over her head and be safe this holiday season. Money from the First Loved Fund also purchased a few buckets of essential home-items (food, blanket, cleaning supplies, bible, devotions, hygienic items, etc…).  Pastor Schlicht is now also meeting with the individual to share the Gospel and bring her the good news of Jesus!
