The Playground Committee would like to update everyone on the progress we have made and our upcoming fundraising efforts to complete the second phase of the project.  Due to the contributions of time, talent and money we were able to implement Phase 1 in September 2017.  The children of our school, church and community have been enjoying the new equipment and safer playground base for a number of months now.

Fundraising for Phase 2 (which includes an additional multi-play piece to attach to the Phase 1 piece and 4 stand-alone pieces) is in full force!  We were blessed with another successful Arts and Crafts Fair and along with some private donations we have raised about half of the amount needed to implement Phase 2 (we have approximately $16,000 left to  raise). You will be hearing about several different fundraising opportunities in the near future (including the Pizza Kit fundraiser going on now) and we are excited to keep moving toward our goal!
