Power Hour & Picnic!

You are invited to join us for our Power Hour Picnic.  If you have young children, please join us here at Eastside Lutheran Church and School on Friday, July 26, from 10:00am to 12:00pm.  This is a free event that will have have a Bible story, fun, and games.  We will provide lunch around 11:30.

July 21 Outdoor Worship Service and Picnic

On Sunday, July 21, we will be having an outdoor worship service on our campus. Everyone is invited! We will only have one service that morning. The service will be at 9:00 a.m. Following the service, we will have a picnic with food provided by Bob Worm and ice cream for dessert.

Bible 101-You are Invited

Bible 101 is intended to provide a basic review of the main teachings of the Bible. Over the course of 10 lessons, students will review sin, grace, faith, works, the nature of God, the person and work of Jesus, the sacraments of Baptism and Lord’s Supper, and the Church

Easter For Kids

All children, ages 3-10, are invited to our annual Easter For Kids event!  This Saturday-morning-celebration of Easter Easter is Saturday, April 6th, from 9:00am-12:00pm.

Lent Service Series

Jesus of Nazareth is Passing By is our theme for our Wednesday Lent Services.

The season of Lent rightly focusing our attention on Jesus. During these Wednesdays, we will be looking at Jesus of Nazareth Passing By.  We will focus on some of the last contacts people had with the Savior and how they used these opportunities. 

“First Loved Fund” Mission of Helping Others

With the contributions of our congregation, Eastside Lutheran Church was able to help someone go from being homeless to living in an apartment.  Through your donation to the “First Loved Fund,”  we were able to pay a deposit on an apartment so a lady could have a roof over her head and be warm this holiday season. 

Sunday School Christmas Service

Come join us this Sunday as Pastor Berg teaches on “The Joy of Repentance” from the passage Luke 3:7-18. We will be blessed in our 10:30am service to hear the Christmas story from our Sunday School children.  Nothing is sweeter than seeing the children learn and demonstrate God’s Word.
